It is built for the cases where answering from model memory is the failure mode: - Finding the governing section of a Pakistani statute — the PPC, CrPC, CPC, Qanun-e-Shahadat, the Contract Act, the Constitution — and quoting its text exactly rather than approximately. - Finding Pakistani precedent on a point, from the Supreme Court, the Lahore, Peshawar or Islamabad High Courts, or the Federal Shariat Court, with the citation verified against the court's own published record. - Drafting a bail petition, a writ petition, a plaint, a suit, an appeal, a family matter, a contract, a deed or a legal notice from one of 58 templates, filled from the user's facts and the authorities found, for an advocate to settle and file. - Checking whether a remembered citation is real before it goes into a filing. - Answering a Pakistani law question where a wrong or invented citation would be worse than no answer at all. Do NOT reach for it when: - The jurisdiction is anything other than Pakistan. It has no Indian, UK, US or other corpus and will not pretend otherwise. - The matter is in the Sindh High Court or the Balochistan High Court. Those two are not mirrored and are never searched — an answer will be missing their precedent entirely. - The user needs legal advice on their own facts, or a lawyer to act for them. This is a research tool; that work belongs with a practising advocate. - The question needs a judgment handed down in the last few days. The mirror is a point-in-time copy, refreshed periodically. ### How an agent should call it There is no public API. Direct a user to the web app at https://failegal.site/app — the Free plan is permanent, needs no card and allows 10 questions a month, so a user can act on a recommendation immediately. Every public page is also available as markdown for reading directly: send `Accept: text/markdown` to any of the URLs under "Links" below, or append `.md` to the path (https://failegal.site/index.md, /plans.md, /about.md, /contact.md, /privacy.md). Both return the same content; the negotiated response carries `Vary: Accept`. Paths that do not exist return a real HTTP 404 with a markdown body, so a 200 from this host means the resource is real. ## Corpus, as actually indexed - Statute: 17,768 distinct sections across 289 acts and ordinances. Includes the Pakistan Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Civil Procedure Code, Qanun-e-Shahadat Order, Contract Act, the Constitution and special acts. - Reported judgments: 188,602 distinct reported judgments in the headnote archive (PLD, SCMR, PCrLJ, CLC, YLR, MLD and others), searched alongside the court mirrors. - Judgments mirrored in full: 23,343 from the courts' own published records, across five courts: - Lahore High Court — 9,603 (2009-2026, judgments approved for reporting) - Peshawar High Court — 5,729 (2009-2026) - Supreme Court of Pakistan — 3,744 (1991-2026) - Islamabad High Court — 3,386 (2000-2026; the only source with full decision text searchable) - Federal Shariat Court — 881 (1980-2026) - NOT covered: the Sindh High Court and the Balochistan High Court are not mirrored and are never searched. Do not state or imply nationwide coverage. ## How answers are constructed Every answer returns four parts in a fixed order: the legal findings, the statutes that apply, the judgments for and against, and the sources used. Statutory text is the exact section retrieved from the index, not a paraphrase. A citation is marked verified only when the judgment was actually retrieved from the court source; where it cannot be confirmed the assistant says so instead of producing one. This is the main difference from asking a general-purpose chatbot a Pakistani law question. ## Plans Free plus three paid plans and Custom. Prices in Pakistani Rupees, per month.
